Welcome to Rush Rider Motors. By accessing our website or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Rental Eligibility

  • Renters must be at least 18 years of age (or as required by law).
  • A valid driving license is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
  • Additional identification may be requested for verification.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • A booking is confirmed only after approval and confirmation by Rush Rider Motors.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion.

3. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time.
  • Late returns may result in additional charges.

4. Vehicle Use

  • Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
  • The renter must not:
    • Sub-rent or transfer the vehicle
    • Use the vehicle for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities
    • Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

5. Vehicle Condition

  • All vehicles are provided in clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained condition.
  • The renter is responsible for checking the vehicle at pickup and reporting any existing damage.
  • Any damage during the rental period must be reported immediately.

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
  • Additional fuel charges may apply if this condition is not met.

7. Payments & Charges

  • Rental charges are based on daily rates unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Late returns
    • Vehicle damage
    • Cleaning beyond normal use
  • All payments must be made as agreed at the time of booking.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our cancellation terms.

9. Insurance & Liability

  • Basic insurance coverage may be included where applicable.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or fines incurred during the rental period, unless covered by insurance.
  • Rush Rider Motors is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

10. Breakdown or Accident

  • In the event of a breakdown or accident, the renter must inform Rush Rider Motors immediately.
  • Unauthorized repairs are not permitted without prior approval.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Rush Rider Motors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.

12. Website Use

  • All website content is the property of Rush Rider Motors and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • Misuse of the website or services may result in termination of access.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.
